All orders, except for special and foreign orders, may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) if they do not fully meet your expectations upon arrival. Most orders ship within forty eight hours from one of our US warehouses, special orders take longer. If you are dissatisfied within the first forty-eight hours upon arrival, simply contact us for a RMA (return authorization number) and return in its original packaging (and condition) for a complete refund less shipping charges. All orders returned after ten days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted during the first thirty days upon delivery. Under special circumstance returns may be accepted after 30 days with a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. There are no returns for any foreign/international or custom orders. Our in-house full-service facility is capable of repairing the most difficult alignments, overhaul, general reconditioning, restoring, etc. We carry parts, bulbs, and objectives for those many older hard to find microscopes.
