Basic Stereo Series
This entry-level stereo microscope features real glass optics. The monocular head is inclined 45° and easily rotates 360°. Recommended for grades K-10, and the hobbyist. Designed for three dimensional viewing, this inexpensive stereo includes many features found in more expensive stereo microscopes. Features a binocular head inclined 45 degrees with adjustable interpupillary distance diopter (51mm-75mm), W.F. 10X eyepieces with a large 21mm field of view. The focusing is with precision rack and pinion with a slip clutch mechanism. The head has a rotatable turret with two objectives. The binocular body can be raised or lowered on an adjustable pillar stand, working distance on all models is 57mm. Illumination is incident (above) or transmitted (below), which operates separately. A frosted and black/white stage plate is included. The finish is oyster white with an acid resistant finish.

This series is ideal for educational K-10 and hobby uses. It features a binocular head inclined 45° that rotates 360°. The eyepieces are widefield 10x with a 20mm field of view. A sturdy dovetail stand that is acid resistant and manufactured of cast alloy aluminum is supplied. Focusing is achieved with adjustable dual knobs with tension control for rapid, effortless results. There is a dual halogen illumination system 12v 10w with variable light intensity that can be switched on independently or simultaneously. A grounded 3wire line cord is provided. The stage is 60mm in diameter and comes with a frosted glass plate that produces evenly diffused illumination; an additional black & white plate is also included. There are three models to choose from all of which have a rotatable objective turret with parfocal and parcenter objectives. The working distance on all models is 76mm.
