All orders, except for special and foreign orders, may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) if they do not fully meet your expectations upon arrival. Most orders ship within forty eight hours from one of our US warehouses, special orders take longer. If you are dissatisfied within the first forty-eight hours upon arrival, simply contact us for a RMA (return authorization number) and return in its original packaging (and condition) for a complete refund less shipping charges. All orders returned after ten days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted during the first thirty days upon delivery. Under special circumstance returns may be accepted after 30 days with a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. There are no returns for any foreign/international or custom orders. All new microscopes carry the complete manufacturers' warranty of five years plus one free extended year. Used/reconditioned microscopes are warrantied for one year.

Our in-house full-service facility is capable of repairing the most difficult alignments, overhaul, general reconditioning, restoring, etc. We carry parts, bulbs, and objectives for those many older hard to find microscopes. Please email us with any inquiry for bulbs or parts. For in house service/repair please complete the form in the service section.

We reserve the right to change all prices without notice. Substitutions may be offered for items we are out of stock and of course with prior approval. We are not responsible for typographical errors, some pictures may not be representative of the item for sale, please refer to the description.

Free ground shipping applies to any purchase of $ 99.00 and up (multiply item orders must be shipped complete) to anywhere in the continental 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) to one destination, otherwise additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping will be added to any order placed from outside the United States. If expedited shipping is requested, (next day, 2nd or 3rd day) then the full amount of shipping will apply. applies to online orders only.

Customers returning merchandise for refund, originally shipped via the free shipping promotion, will be responsible for all actual shipping costs incurred during the original transaction.

New York Microscope Company Inc. reserves the right to substitute the selected free gifts if that item is sold out or out of stock. Free gifts will only be shipped to same shipping address as item(s) ordered, otherwise shipping/handling charges will apply.
